1. Purpose: This form collects information for merchant onboarding and service activation by PikMo.
2. Data & Privacy: Uploaded images and contact details are used to verify identity and to configure services. Data is stored in Google Drive owned by PikMo.
3. Accuracy: You confirm all information provided is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
4. Usage: PikMo may use provided materials to set up and deliver the selected business modules (vouchers, QR ordering, pickup, delivery, utilities, insurance, etc.).
5. Security: Please keep your login credentials confidential. Uploaded files are limited to JPG/PNG up to 5MB each.
6. Changes: Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version applies upon submission.
7. Governing Law: This agreement is governed by applicable laws in Australia.
